Heidi Klum inspired necklace

This Heidi Klum necklace  was a request from a customer and I.LOVE.IT.!!!!

26in sterling silver chain, comes with 5 sterling silver distressed discs (aprox 13mm). As you can see I have names on four of them and then just a distressed one in the center.
